• All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with Scotcrest reference procedures.



• All Orders must be paid for before goods are dispatched in line with company procedures.



• Either party can terminate orders at anytime.



• All details will be kept confidential and will remain the property of Scotcrest.



• All goods remain the property of Scotcrest until such time as full payment has been received.



• Our promise is a guideline, which Scotcrest will try to adhere to - it is not a guarantee.



• For valid claims, please notify non - delivery within seven days from invoice date.



• For valid claims, please notify any damage or shortage within 48 hours of release of goods.
